Water levels for Missouri and Platte Rivers are at normal for this period of year.  Ponds and local lakes are close to normal.  grass starting to greenup with warmer temperatures and longer daylength.  No budding to worry about yet, which is good for nuts and fruits.  It is dry but fire risk is low yet due to dews.  Land work and outside construction is moving along well.  Some row crop field prep work has started, mostly land repair and such.
