No measurable rain in the last week. Only 0.34" precipitation in February. Dryness continues. Snowfall a couple of weeks ago moistened the soil at the surface for a little while but surface is once again dry. Low flow in creeks. Fire danger is high when winds and humidity are unfavorable. Birds are using the birdbath regularly. Subsoil is dry.
