Things are slowly getting back to normal after the abnormally high rainfall. It has taken a week for the lake to return to near normal level. Farm lowland still are flooded due to complete saturation of the soil and over loaded drainage systems. Flooded basements are dying out. The mainline railroad is silent due to bridge & track washouts.
